That’s why we offer free, no-obligation consultations for homeowners and businesses who want a detailed, property-specific quote. During the visit, we carefully assess the size, access, and condition of the areas you’d like cleaned. This lets us provide an accurate, transparent estimate and answer any questions on the spot—so there are no surprises on cleaning day. Booking a free consultation is the best way to make sure your project gets exactly the attention it needs and to see how our professional soft washing can bring lasting results to your property.
Cancellation Policy
Purpose -SC Soft Wash offers in-person consultations for property owners who would like a detailed, property-specific quote. The purpose of this consultation is to provide accurate pricing after evaluating the size, condition, and accessibility of the property. Consultation Fee -A $50 consultation fee is required at the time of visit. -If service is scheduled within 30 days, this fee will be credited toward your final invoice. -If service is not scheduled, the fee is non-refundable. Scheduling & Availability -Consultations are available by appointment only. -Appointments may be limited to specific time windows based on business hours and scheduling demands. -Additional travel charges may apply for properties located more than 20 miles from Santa Cruz. Customer Responsibilities -The property owner (or an authorized decision-maker) must be present during the consultation. -All areas to be evaluated must be accessible (gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles moved, etc.). -Quote Validity & Limitations -All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the consultation date. -Quotes are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. -Prices are subject to adjustment if additional conditions are discovered once work begins (e.g., heavy staining, repairs needed, safety hazards). Rescheduling & Cancellations -Consultations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. -Failure to cancel within this time frame or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. -One complimentary reschedule is allowed with adequate notice. Disclaimer -SC Soft Wash reserves the right to decline services if site conditions pose safety hazards or fall outside the scope of our work. All quotes are estimates only and may be adjusted if new issues arise during service.
